I've had several repairs on my 2011 Suzuki Kizashi done at Tolima's now: repainting and repairing the front and rear bumpers (which they paint-matched perfectly) , re-charging the AC (blows ice cold now), diagnosing and fixing an electrical short that was causing issues with my key fob and internal lights (all fixed and good to go), replacing the battery, re-painting 2 of the Vossen CVT wheels due to curb rash, having all 4 brake calipers painted in BMW's "Java Green" paint color (see pics), and finally having the wheel liners and front undercarriage plastic re-built after a previous brake job at another garage had left the liner plastic un-reattached to the bumper and caused the wheel liners to rub against the tires and get destroyed. Parts for the Kizashi are getting harder to source now because Suzuki has been out of the US market for 10 years now so this was especially important because all the wheel liners were on back-order or just unavailable period. Every repair I've had done here has been top quality both visually and mechanically. Tolima's is a perfect one-stop-shop for everything from minor paint scrapes to complex electrical issues and much more. All the staff are friendly, professional, responsive and also check in with you about cost before proceeding with repair any issues they found. I looked around for a reliable mechanic in the area for a looooong time and am so relieved/thrilled to have found Tolima’s. Straight forward, honest, and good at what they do-they just get the job done and there isn’t all that nonsense like at other places. Thankful to no longer be getting ripped off by Jiffy Lube!

I don’t have much time this morning and I called for an annual inspection, they squeezed me in right away!!! That was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful! It didn’t take long at all! Brought in my car for a problem I couldn't figure out. Within a short time, I was contacted and problem was diagnosed. Asked if I wanted to proceed with getting parts ordered and my car repaired with a quote. Super professional service! Friendly staff, great turnaround time on my repair. Highly recommended!!!

When you own a rarer performance trim vehicle, it can be challenging to find a shop that gives you the confidence to repair it properly. That’s the situation I found myself in when the clutch in my manual transmission Focus ST went out. That is not a job that many mechanics are familiar with anymore since most cars use Automatic Transmissions. It’s even downright impossible to get it worked on at the Ford Service Center which has been a downright disappointment. The turnaround was pretty impressive considering the parts were on back order. The car was out of commission for about a week waiting on parts with the transmission pulled but I felt comfortable that my car was in good hands as the shop inside is spacious, bright, and one of the cleanest auto garages I’ve ever been in. And I cannot end this without mentioning that Tony took great care in explaining to me the break-in period for the new clutch pack, and what to expect as part of the post-repair process to ensure there wouldn’t be any additional problems in the future. Now that’s attention to detail!

I love this shop. I’ll say about our second time coming here for service on our Volkswagon: Tolema’s Auto Center is easy to work with, communication is perfect, expectations are established and exceeded, and they returned our car several days sooner than anticipated. Our motor was leaking oil from a missing dip stick hose, oil everywhere; needed new motor mounts too, and a new tire. We got it back fast and everything was cleaned up and safe. Thank you guys.

Finding a good mechanic is difficult, so I'm glad I found Tolina. My car had a slight mildew smell in the interior, and they did an amazing job restoring it. The detailing and front fender work made my 15-year-old car look like new. The staff was super professional and walked me through all the recommended actions. The price was reasonable too.
